Relaxed Kingscliff village Lifestyle Home for family of 4 just minutes to the beach
An Kingscliff off-market standout home offering space, style, and instant liveability — the perfect setting for this Sydney family’s seamless sea change and fresh start by the coast.
This Buyer's Journey
This family had been living in an apartment on Sydney’s Northern Beaches when they decided it was time for a lifestyle change. Their dream? To relocate to the Northern Rivers, somewhere coastal, family-friendly, and close to good schools.
They posted on Facebook asking for recommendations—and thanks to a referral from a past client, we were soon connected. During our first conversation, it was clear they needed guidance. They didn’t know the area well, were unsure about pricing, and had already seen a few homes that were over budget. Time was also pressing: it was already October, and they were hoping to be settled in and ready for their children to start the new school year in January.
What attracted them to Kingscliff was the combination of ocean and river living, as well as the local school options. They reached out to see if I could help them make the move smoothly, find something quickly, and—most importantly—secure a home that suited their family’s lifestyle and budget.
How I helped find the perfect home
Once I had a clear understanding of what they were looking for, I got straight to work. The market was extremely competitive in their price bracket, and the clock was ticking—but I love a challenge!
I inspected 16 properties in total, keeping a close eye on both on-market and off-market opportunities. In just 16 days, I secured the perfect property—off market. It wasn’t the only contender, but it stood out for all the right reasons especially for its fabulous location and it was also well presented and move in ready- an easy and uncomplicated move for my clients.
This stood out as the perfect home to suit all their needs and I negotiated a settlement to get them into the property before Christmas so they had plenty of time to land before the school year commenced.
The final chapter in their journey came full circle when I met them at their new home at 7 a.m. on moving day—after their big drive from Sydney. It was a joyful morning, and I was honoured to welcome them (and their removalists!) to their new home and to this wonderful community.
