Step 1: Your Property Wish List

​Step 2: Discovery Session
Book a Teams session, where we will conduct a thorough exploration of your dream property and I will go over all of the ways I can help you and the various service packages as well as the pricing of each element. Usually all decision-makers are present to ensure everyone is aligned on the process and everyone knows what to expect moving forward
Step 3: Proposal
Within 48 hours of our Discovery Session, I’ll send you a tailored proposal that includes:
- A summary of our discussions
- An overview of your ideal property
- Details on the packages and pricing options
Step 4: Agreement and Engagement
Once you’ve chosen the package that suits you best, I’ll send you an agency agreement via Docusign. After you’ve signed the agreement and paid the engagement fee, we’re officially ready to start the search for your dream home!
Step 5: The Search Begins
Now, it’s time for you to relax!
I’ll take over from here, beginning your bespoke property search, mining all the opportunities available.
Typically, I secure properties within 4 weeks, but it can happen much faster—sometimes in less than 24 hours!
