The pre-auction strategy discussion provides clarity around bidding limits with calm, experienced representation from a licensed Real Estate Agent acting purely in your best interests as the buyer. There is professional communication with the auctioneer and selling agent and real-time updates during the auction (in person or by phone if preferred).
