This property search was about more than just finding a house—it was about supporting a major life transition. My clients, a professional couple from Melbourne, were making a significant move to the Northern Rivers to start fresh and be closer to nature and community. But they weren’t moving alone. The husband’s father, who lives with a disability, would be joining them and needed a home with specific access and layout requirements to ensure his comfort, independence, and safety.

Due to other factors regarding the sale of my clients property negotiations were complex but despite needing finance and with the complexities of the situation I secured the property for them incredibly fast and with terms that protected their best interests- not an easy feat!
