This Buyer's Journey

I first came into contact with these clients after an auction where I’d just successfully secured a property for another buyer — the very same property they had been bidding on, via their brother-in-law. After speaking with me on the day, he later told them that once he saw me in action, he knew their chances were slim. He passed on my number, and that’s when they got in touch.

They were a young couple trying to break into the Mullumbimby market with a modest budget and a fairly specific wish list. Both had full-time, busy jobs and were trying to manage the search themselves — but between the pace of the market and the competition, it was proving difficult. Within just 24 hours of beginning the search, I’d found them their dream home. From there, I moved quickly to secure it, managing every step of the process and building the right team around them — from conveyancers to building and pest — so that they felt fully supported throughout.

Not only did they avoid the stress and time burden of navigating the market alone, but they also secured a high-quality, renovated home in a fantastic location — and at a great price. It was a fantastic result all around and a real testament to the power of using a local buyers agent with local knowledge, fast action, and clear strategy.
