Included
Full day Property Safari from 9:30am to 4:30pm, including planning, inspections, commuting between properties, area exploration, lunch, debrief and follow up support.
 
Before the day
We will discuss your goals, preferred locations, budget, wish list and lifestyle priorities. I will review your shortlisted properties, suggest additional options, organise inspections, and plan an efficient route so the day is structured and tailored to you.
 
During the day
We will inspect shortlisted properties and suitable opportunities identified along the way, using open homes, private inspections or a combination of both.
 
At each property, we will discuss strengths, limitations, layout, liveability, location, resale considerations and buyer concerns worth noting. You will learn how to assess properties, what questions to ask, common buyer mistakes, and how to approach the purchasing process with more confidence.
 
The day is designed to suit your needs. We may focus on one suburb, compare several towns, explore beachside homes, village properties, apartments, family homes, rural lifestyle options or acreage. The aim is to help you understand which areas, homes and lifestyles genuinely fit.
 
How many properties will we see
Most Property Safaris include approximately 5 to 6 inspections, depending on travel distances, availability and the areas explored. Rural and acreage days may include around 3 to 4 properties because they usually require more time. 
 
Explore the lifestyle behind the property
Property Safari is part property search, part buyer education and part lifestyle exploration. Depending on your goals, the day may include stops at local villages, cafes, beaches, lookouts, walking trails or other places that help bring the area to life. If your focus is purely on inspections, we can dedicate the day to purely viewing homes.
 
Lunch
We will stop for lunch at local cafe in your search area- this gives us time to discuss the properties seen so far, compare options, brainstorm ideal scenarios and work through your questions as they come up.
 
End of day debrief
At the end of the day, we will compare and rank the properties, discuss what you liked, disliked and what surprised you, and refine your buyer brief. After the day, we will follow up with a phone call and I will send you my summary notes, property rankings and a refined buyer brief to guide future viewings.
