After carefully refining options, I uncovered an exceptional 21-acre parcel just outside of Ocean Shores and a few minutes from the popular village of Billinudgel. With the clients overseas my role became even more hands-on. I coordinated virtual inspections, liaised with managers and legal representatives, and managed the offer and negotiation process entirely.
