Magical renovated acreage farmstead with pristine creek on 6 glorious landscaped Acres
On Market

What we loved about this property
From the moment I arrived, it was the view that captivated me- landscaped grounds, a gently running creek, and complete stillness, broken only by birdsong. There’s something about this property that instantly slows you down. The home itself is beautifully balanced — modern, but with warmth; open and expansive, yet incredibly cosy. Sunlight pours through the floor-to-ceiling windows, bringing the outside in, and the timber fireplace adds a quiet sense of comfort. Every detail has been so thoughtfully renovated, it feels effortless. The land is just the right size — big enough to feel truly private and connected to nature, but manageable. And even though it feels a world away, it’s just a short drive to the beach and all the essentials. This home captured everything the owners were searching for — a calm, grounded place to live well, breathe deeply, and feel at home

Possum Creek
Unique Byron Bay Hinterland Acre with Character, Space and Potential
Auction
4 bed | 2 bath | 1 car
What we loved about this property
What we loved about this Byron shire Hinterland acreage parcel was the sense of space, light, and potential. The home is a generous four-bedroom layout with a mid-century feel — full of natural light, open living zones and with plenty of room for a family or for creative reworking over time. The land itself is equally impressive: usable, rolling acreage with beautiful views in every direction and a real sense of privacy, even while being just a short drive to Bangalow, Byron Bay, Lismore, and the surrounding villages. The zoning opens up future possibilities too — with scope to add another dwelling (STCA) — making it not just a lifestyle property, but one with long-term flexibility and value.

What we loved about this property
Walking into this home, it felt like we’d been transported straight to the Mediterranean — there was something instantly grounding and calming about the space. The hand-rendered walls, terracotta tiles, and imported features from Europe and Argentina gave it a completely unique presence, like nothing else we’d seen. Every inch felt considered — not overly styled or showy, just genuinely beautiful. The views stretch endlessly in every direction, and the way the alfresco spaces are positioned around each dwelling gives everyone room to breathe. You could be sharing the space with family or friends and still feel like you had your own private corner of the world. The interiors are incredibly spacious (over 300m²) with huge picture windows that pull the landscape into every room. It was honestly hard not to fall in love! The design, the layout, the way it all responds to the surrounding land its a true Byron lifestyle property in every sense.

Main arm Rd, Mullumbimby
Character-filled homestead on 22 acres with ancient trees, paddocks, privacy and sweeping hinterland views
Viewed Off-Market
4 bed | 3 bath | 6 Car
What we loved about this property
What really stood out to me about this property was the way it revealed itself slowly. Set at the end of a long, private driveway, the home had all the charm of a traditional character cottage — but stepping inside was a complete surprise. Soaring ceilings of around 3.5 metres gave the interior a sense of openness and calm, almost with an ecclesiastical feel. Light filtered in through original leaded glass windows, adding a warm, timeless character that made the home feel truly special.
The land itself was equally as unique. Around 14 acres of usable paddocks gently spread across the landscape, dotted with beautiful old trees and fringed by remnant rainforest. A towering copper pod tree covered in yellow blossoms stood alongside jacarandas, poincianas, cedars and established orchard trees — the kind of planting that takes decades to achieve.
It’s rare to find a property with this much natural beauty, usable land and such a peaceful, secure position — all within close reach of Mullumbimby. Even more compelling was the balance between immediate liveability and long-term potential — a combination that’s not often found in rural homes of this scale.

This property offered the perfect mix of character, privacy, and location. What we loved about this property
This property had an immediate sense of sanctuary — the kind of place you could retreat to and truly switch off. The tree-lined driveway leading into a diverse and expansive 32-acre landscape with pockets of open pasture, elevated flat sections, undulating contours, and peaceful, shady zones beneath mature gums. We loved how the land offered so many possibilities. The creek and multiple dams added to its natural charm, and the orchard and established fruit trees gave it a sense of maturity and abundance and the location, near to the rail trail was a big bonus too.
