Property Safari is a full-day real estate search and area exploration experience with me, Felicity organising and guiding your day and offering you the expert help and advice of an experienced, knowledgeable Class 1 licenced Real Estate Agent.
Before the day
We talk through your goals, your budget, the areas you are interested in, the kind of property you are drawn to and where you are in your buying journey. You may already have properties you want to see, or you may be much earlier in the process and need help understanding where to focus.
From there, I help plan the day so it feels useful, realistic and well organised.
On the day
We spend time together inspecting properties, driving through different suburbs or rural pockets, comparing what we are seeing and talking through your options as we go. Depending on your search, that might include family homes, beachside homes, village properties, rural acreage, lifestyle blocks, down-sizer friendly homes or a mixture of different property types. The day is shaped around your brief.
Typically, a Property Safari may include around five to six standard property inspections, depending on availability and travel distances. If we are looking at rural or acreage real estate, the day may include fewer inspections, often around three to four, because rural property on larger land parcels takes more time to explore.
Sometimes seeing three very different properties can tell you far more than seeing ten similar ones. Sometimes driving between two suburbs gives you the missing piece you could never quite understand from a map. Sometimes standing in a home you thought would be perfect helps you realise that your wish list needs to shift. Sometimes a property you almost dismissed online feels completely different in person.
